    SOLVED! Had to download a BIOS update to a usb drive and flash the BIOS using the "flash BIOS" usb port on the back of the mobo. Got to the BIOS menu and we are off and running.

    The RAM is Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5. S/N CMH32GX5M2B5600C40K The Asus compatibility doc shows this RAM minus the "k" in the S/N as compatible.
