Hello, yes I just did that yesterday, enabled DOCP 1 (there are two other options, DOCP 2 and DOCP tweaked) I don't wanna mess around so I just chose DOCP 1, and run CRONOS again and yes, there's indeed a boost AVG FPS NOW went up 55 to 59 FPS, and this still on native 1440P with everything...

I just found out my ram is rated 5600 max, so I will enable that later when I get home also.. gpu drivers are updated to the latest, 581.29 my monitor is msi 144hz gsync compatible, power supply is barely a year old, msi modular 80plus gold 850 watts, my rtx 4070 super is the non ti 12...

I tried only one game for now, Cronos The New Dawn at native 1440P and setting at the highest and ray tracing off, it gave me an average of 48 to 52 fps

let me rephrase the question I just want to know one thing, does the GPU utilized more (or works harder) if the CPU is weaker or if its stronger?

yes I know, balance is still the best.. but what if you only have this two choices in terms of gaming would you go with a weaker CPU stronger GPU, or strong CPU weak GPU? I was told, its better to have a stronger CPU so that you GPU will be utilized more..... instead of having a weak CPU...

So, if I enable vsync on nvidia control panel, does that mean I should not enable vsync on the game settings? basically I just want to do right thing here, because let's say my laptop's monitor is 144hz, and I'm playing quake 2 enhanced for example all I want is to run that game at the max fps...
