Windows 10 is not installed

Hello everyone, I have a problem I can't install Windows 10 on my computer. the inscription "press any key to boot from USB" is explained, I press enter on the black screen. How to solve this problem? Disk Type: MBR

Are you sure it's a legal copy of Win10?

When you press Enter:
does anything happen?
is there an error message?
any beeps from the PC?

Yes, the official one from the windows 10 website, a black screen and horizontal stripes appear, nothing else, there are no beeps and errors too

Oh, sorry, I forgot to add, the LED with the signals is still on on the keyboard. 1 long and 2 short

What make/model is the PC so we can try and see what the led code means, I assume it flashes?

if its AMI Bios, 1 long & 2 short = Video card memory

IBM BIOS - Video card error

fact screen works until you hit enter is interesting one.

Motherboard model: gigabyte ga-m720-us3, yes, it flashes when I boot from a USB drive on which the Windows installer is already installed, just a black screen, and where there are three light indicators at the keyboard (num lock, caps lock, scroll lock), num lock starts to light up from the beginning 1 long, then 2 short

I add: instead of 7850, I put 560 ti, and the installer started with the logo, as well as with a black screen
