Nice build ... the only thing I see that would slow that build down is the memory. Try to fit 3200Mhz RAM in there if possible.

This RAM plays nicely with Asus boards. There's a review of it on Toms Hardware done with an Asus board.

Does it matter that modern warfare requires 3.5 vram for high settings on 1080p and my gpu only has 2?

With the price of gpu's atm you don't have much choice. I'm in a similar boat as well.
