You want 3600mhz RAM for Ryzen cpu's seeing how they benefit from higher clocked memory. With that said I'd build my own and I would wait until next month when the B660 boards ($140 - $150) are released along with the locked Intel cpu's ($200 for the i5 12400 and $280 - $300 for the i7 12700F).

You're going to need a stronger cpu cooler for that cpu. Something such as this should work although you'll probably find it cheaper using pc partpicker or pricespy uk.
