Which laptops would be the better buy?

Can anyone help me choose between these two laptops. I am a college student and I am looking to get something that'll get me through at least 5-6 years because I can't afford to buy another one.

ASUS - TUF 15.6" Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 with 16GB Memory DDR4 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 - 1TB SSD - Screen 1080p 144hz
