Question which is the better motherboard?

Hey everyone. Deciding between two MBs. Currently New Egg has some sales and came across two I thought looked pretty good. First https://www.newegg.com/asus-rog-strix-z590-a-gaming-wifi/p/N82E16813119371?Item=N82E16813119371 Second https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16813157981?Item=N82E16813157981 . Asus price $100 (w/ promo and rebate). ASRock price $125. I'm looking to pair with a i5-11600k. What would be your preference? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Both are good candidates. What sort of features are you primarily looking for on the board? The Asus has a superior audio(chip/codec) solution compared tot he ASRock.
