when will IGI 5 LAUNCH

I just looked up the IGI games out of curiosity and they seem interesting. The upcoming game, IGI Origins, is being developed by Antimatter Games who made one of my all time favorite online shooters, Rising Storm 2 Vietnam. Needless to say I wishlisted it, it looks very cool. No announcement on release date though.

EDIT: I totally forgot Antimatter closed down back in May no official announcement on the future of this game.

You would think there would be something on their website saying they are closed.
