These are the parts I currently have in my Ibuypower pre-built PC. I feel like its time for upgrades for this pc. Any recommendations on what would be the best upgrades to improve the performance, more storage, and better graphics.
I do have trouble with FPS in games and I'm using an external hard drive which is 4tb but it only helps some. Sometimes while playing games I have to lower my graphic settings, so that I wont lose fps.
I don't necessarily have a budget because I would buy the products over time.

Welcome! Lets see then.

TLDR, I'd suggest a new SSD, GPU, and PSU. Considering PSU recommendation depends highly on current pricing in your area as well as what GPU you choose I wont make any recommendations there until we have further information.

Seeing as you only have one M2 slot on the motherboard, you could grab a 2.5" SATA SSD for game storage and use your external for docs, pics etc. The Crucial MX500 is a good drive, grab a 1 or 2 tb model depending on your budget. There are other cheaper 2.5" drives that dont perform as well as they fill up. There's little difference between SATA and NVME SSD's for game loading times currently. If your case does not have drive bays don't worry, double sided tape on the back of an ssd means it can be stuck anywhere in the case, there are no moving parts in the drive and they dont need to be kept particularly cool.

Does Gsync work without problems on your monitor? I ask because this review says that some units of that model suffer from flickering with GSync and others don't. If there's no problem with the monitor then at the moment I suggest staying with Nvidia as their RT performance is better than AMD's, and DLSS is a little better than FSR in most cases it seems.

You also have to consider that as with many pre built systems your PSU is not the strongest capacity wise or the highest quality, and both Nvidia and AMD's high end are out of reach for you with it.

You can replace it with a better unit, or you can limit yourself to an RTX 3060Ti maximum to be sure nothing blows up immediately. I suggest you replace it whatver happens, it has a 5 year warranty for a reason, and I always replace mine before the warranty runs out. Better to spend a little extra on a PSU than potentially buy a whole new system when it goes pop.

Few things to think about for you, any more questions the let us know. :)

Your gpu was never meant for that resolution. It was meant for 1080P.
