On the bottom is my current setup, I don't know if I should go Ryzen 9 5600, 5800, 5900, or 5950x and was wondering to get some advice.

I play a lot of FPS, Diablo 4, NBA2k, and anything new that comes out.

Yes apologies, the resolution on my monitor I want is 3840x2160 with 144hz, and all games are on the highest settings. with above 60 FPS.

The CPU you have is far from weak, and the rest of your set up is still very strong. Based on that the 5800X3D is the best choice. Its basically a generation ahead of the non X3d 5000 series chips for gaming, similar performance to the 7000 chips.

Its not as good at non gaming related tasks though, so if you do any rendering or similar then take a look at some benchmarks if that affects you.
