Will there be any problem on my pc in the near future?I think it's referring to old backups of your C drive. I'm guessing Windows is set up to back up every so often and only set for those backups to take a set amount of space, so once that is reached the oldest backups are deleted.

Windows does loads of stuff like that in the background, trying to get the best use out of your PC's resources.
