What do the Specs Indicate?

I'm looking to get my 14 year old son his first gaming desktop without breaking my bank. I know very little about the specs of gaming PCs so I'm wondering if you can explain the difference between the following under $750 gaming PCs? Does one stand out as better than the other three?

I asked him what games he currently plans on playing and he mentioned Fortnite, Apex Legends, and recording videos of him gaming.

Going by raw specifications the first one has by far the strongest CPU and the strongest graphics card, as well as an SSD for faster load times. I don't think you would need to know much else
