Dead Space (hey it has space in it's title!)
It's one of the first horror games that gripped me with it's world building and atmosphere.
Never was a fan of zombies because it's all more of the same.
But Necromorphs. They're scary not only because of how they look but they're fast and remorseless.
Also the story behind it all is really something that's well explored in the sequel.
