Upgrade from i7-9700F

I wish to purchase a new desktop to run flight sims, VR, multi-monitor, and AI video enhancing.

My current rig - IBUYPOWER i7-9700F 16gb ram geforce 2060 Super.

My budget is around $3000.
Started looking around but got lost with all the options and also unclear if I would see a significant performance upgrade.

I rather not build my own but will if it brings more value.

Haven't heard of that card before, was it a limited issue?

What resolution will your monitors be working at? Will monitors' cost come from budget?

I currently have 3 Samsung 27in 1080 monitors. I don't feel the need to jump to 4k unless people think it's that worthwhile. the monitors are not 4k compatible. i am open to spending more if people feel the 4k experience is worth it.

This build is a bit overkill for your needs but you have the budget so oh well. You can easily enough call around to local PC/laptop repair shops and find out how much they will charge you to build your PC if you bring them down the components after ordering them yourself. This way you know exactly what you're getting.

$200 if I had to guess. They'll make sure you have the latest bios and drivers for your board and gpu including Windows updates.
