Question Ubisoft

Initially, my Epic Games account was linked to an account named "auroragrey667." However, I had a shopping ban on this account, and I didn't know why. Ubisoft tried repeatedly to lift this ban, but couldn't, so I couldn't make purchases. Since I bought the games from Epic Games, I thought changing my Ubisoft account wouldn't be a problem, so I disconnected my Ubisoft account from my Epic Games account. I opened a new Ubisoft account. I linked the Epic Games account to the Ubisoft account, but when I tried to open the game from Epic Games, the Ubisoft launcher just hangs. The game won't open. Is there a solution for this? Are all the Ubisoft games I bought from Epic Games trash?

This sounds like something you would need to speak to both Epic and Ubisoft about. Unfortunately it also sounds like the kind of thing they might just blame each other for.

I had a similar thing happen to me when i went onto my EA account as i did not know EA accounts had been taken over by somebody else , i can see the 2 games i want to use , mass effect 3 and dragon age 2.

I tried to launch both games only to be told i dont own them .... so if i dont own them how come i got into my account ???

I wrote to both EA and the other company who now run EA .. cant remember who they are ..... no response from either , the 2 games are on steam at £25 but theirs no way i am paying that much for games that have been around for a long time.
