Something like this would work, depends a bit on the RAM that you have. If its all mismatched sticks then it may cause some issues like crashes and freezes. In that case drop down to 2x16 which is more than enough for gaming Hopefully its all DDR4.

Youre looking at an RTX 3050 at your price point on Nvidia side and its a bad buy compared to AMD options in this price range.

You can use: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ start a build and copy the BB code to the post here.

If you could put all the parts you have in there we can take a look.

What country are you in?

The main problem with the build you listed is that it has two graphics cards and no storage drive ;)
Corsair CX650M (2021) 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower Case
PowerColor Hellhound Radeon RX 6650 XT 8 GB Video Card
Gigabyte B550M K Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Silicon Power XPOWER Turbine 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac ATX AM4 Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor
I think I got my build it's a $140 more over my limit but I think I like it
