With frame generation being NV only, AMD being behind on RT and with FSR being worse in most cases than DLSS it doesnt help their general reputation as the budget brand GPU to be avoided if possible.

If they'd priced the 7900XT and XTX a bit lower they might have grabbed a bit more market/mind share there, XTX is better than the 3090TI in RT while being the same as a 4080 in render isn't shabby.

7800/7700 incoming, I'll hopefully be getting one of those, or a 4070 if they arent great.

Glad to be in the Top 5. My RTX 2060 has been kickin’ for 4 years now. My CPU is my bottleneck in many newer games (Ryzen 1600X).

Thanks Zimbaly , the Tele is a '94, and the acoustics are a Kronbauer (left), and a Gnome. Kramer makes a great axe. My main squeeze is a little om 'hog' Larrivée.

I 'traded 'a set of Klipsch La Scala speakers (I paid $400 cdn. for) for the 4080 FE--took the sting out of handing over the cash. No regrets. Got those Tannoy speakers (in previous photo) for $50. A husband & wife squabble was a windfall for me.

I'm too old to wait for gpu prices to come down. And I was fed up with AMD drivers.

RGB lost its glow.

@Blind Dog damn I thought that one was a Fender by the way it looked on the side there with how it was angled. Only ever seen a Fender like that, but now ya opened me up to some other nice looking guitars.
