TitanFall 2 alternative?

not the biggest gamer but love playing multi-play TF2, any ideas for similar types of games? - not interested in sitting in a big tin can but love the movement and the rest of it

If by the movement you mean wall running, it's not surprising the latest SP Star Wars game, Jedi Fallen Order, has it as well, since it's made by the same devs that made Titanfall. It's also a pretty good game. Other ways to get athletic character movement in games is to look for those with parkour, such as Dying Light.

Now if you don't mind going back in time, the Prince of Persia series had tons of platforming, which included wall running, but most of them were not player friendly. Many of the platforming sections were very hard to get through and the checkpoints were not frequent either, meaning you'd have to play a lengthy section over and over until you got through it. However, the 2008 reboot of the original has one of the main characters, Elika, now in spirit form, saving you automatically whenever you fall. Rumor has it there will be another PoP in 2021, but since the global pandemic hit, I have to wonder if the rumor IS true, that it may be pushed back or even cancelled.
