Hello,
My SSD is full of 40GB of Windows files, and this computer is new.
I got it last week.
What could i do for that ?

Thanks.

33gb is about normal size for windows, I can't tell you what difference might be but its only 6gb more than what I have.
I don't think it is Page file as that is not included in System usage,it might be part of the grey.

The more important question is:

Why is C only 106gb? Do you only have a 120gb ssd in there?

That isn't enough space for windows really... 250gb ssd is the smallest I would use and that is only if you only put windows and program files on it. And only then if I had another drive in PC to put library folders and games on. I had a 256gb ssd in a previous PC and that is how I managed. But no need to restrict self now when drives aren't that expensive.

Windows needs some wiggle room. 22gb isn't enough.

Your drive size is the problem, not windows. You shouldn't be looking at storage space on a brand new PC so clearly it is inadequate.
Other potential problems:

  1. The amount of free space you have could also be a problem when you update windows. I assume its got 11 on it so when the next version update is released soon, you may have space problems.
  2. if it is a 120gb ssd, you really only have 10gb free before it starts to effect performance as ssd slow down once you used over 90% of their free space as they don't have as much free space to use as swap space when copying/moving files around.

Do you have any other drives in the PC as I would use a larger drive for most files.

try running windirstat and see what it shows:

My usage without taking any notice already adds up to 256gb used. Most of my drive is empty space.
Its not the only drive in my PC.

Is this your second new PC this year? I looked through your previous posts and see an AMD 7600x as well.
Or is this a laptop? what make/model?

Obvious answer is get a bigger ssd and use it for C drive. Anything else is just a work around.

Note: if this is just a partition on a larger drive, you need to give C more space.
