Hi, I downgraded from Windows 11 to Windows 10 and my Sound Card isn't working, my laptop is a 'MSI Pulse GL76'

which model as there are 3
11UCK
11UDK
11UEK

It seems there is choice as to what sound it uses, which is always fun. MSI site lists intel and Realtek, likely means different models have different audio chips.
Did you download the MSI Center App from the Microsoft Store as it can be used to update all your drivers instead of manually doing them.

Welcome to the forum :)

A quickie which might work:

Go into Device manager and uninstall all sound drivers.
Reboot.

Windows should go thru the 'Found new hardware' routine and install drivers. If you have sound, make a Restore Point.

Then you can futz around with getting better drivers per Colif's recommendations, while having a safe fallback in reserve.
