SATA III SSD Motherboard Compatibility?

I have the Asus Tuf Gaming X570-Plus ATX motherboard in the following link: https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-x570-plus-wi-fi/ and I was wondering if in addition to adding two M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSDs, will this motherboard also support an internal 2TB SATA III SSD such as one of the two in the links below?

This SSD will only be used for saving GeForce Now gameplay recordings and editied videos to be uploaded to YouTube. But I don't want to order anything that isn't compatible with my motherboard.
