Samsung M7 Series 43” LS43BM700UUXUF monitor - why so cheap?

I've recently moved to Turkey and I'm seeing these Samsung M7 Series 43” LS43BM700UUXUF monitors for$360 (6765₺).

Basically, I'm asking why are they so cheap? They are way cheaper than what I thought a 43" 4K display is supposed to cost, way cheaper than Samsung's own 32" monitors etc.

No idea why they're so cheap. Looks like an OK display if its the same one reviewed here. Only 60hz and no adaptive sync though, so its lacking some features that have become pretty standard in even cheaper gaming monitors at this point.

The 32 inch ones youre looking at may have Freesync/Gsync and higher refresh rates which improve gaming performance, hard to say without knowing which ones youre looking at exactly.
