It depends. What country are you located, what is your budget, what will be the primary uses of your PC and if it includes gaming what is your resolution?

cpu is overkill for this card.
tbh, any modern i5 will be good for high refresh gaming these days, so spend your money on better gpu.
I'd take a 12400f with a 4060Ti 16G instead. It's a lot faster than 3060, and has dlss3 too. Another thing is, 12400f and 4060ti will require very little power and basic cooling will be more than enough.
