Odd. The description in your post for the MSI says "RTX 3050", which is what I commented on—but visiting the link, it is indeed a 1650. Test:

ETA: there it is again, 3050—must be some error in the web page description.

You nominate GTX 1650 because of the efficiency of the processor?

I don't have a view either way, I know very little about laptops.

Looking at those two(as that's all you could provide) I'd pick the RTX3050 equipped laptop, as that is concurrent gen tech.

To corroborate what my colleague above has stated, the post on this forum shows both links to have an RTX3050, upon physically going into the links, only one laptop has a GTX3050 equipped with it. Highly possible that the external site might have an issue with it's data when posting links in a forum.
