Dear All, Looking for feedback on build, have no experience with PC building before.

Objective

* Build VR Gaming PC for wireless gaming with Quest 3. Also occastional QHD gaming on flat monitor.
* Should be able to run games using UEVR (like Atomic Heart, Silent Hill) at least 72Hz and at least native resolution of Quest 3 and native PCVR games like Metro Awakening, Half life Alyx etc.
* Should connect wirelessly to Quest 3 using Virtual desktop or wireless steam vr etc. So need WIFI 7
* I wont be regularly upgrading & spending more money on the PC for next 5 years at least.

Please give feedback on part list.
Few burning questions

* Unsure between MSI B850 Gaming plus WIFI , MSI B850 Tomahawk(50 Euro more).
* Only MSI seems to have "Full" Wifi 7 i.e. 320 hz other brands seems to only have 160hz. Correct me if wrong.
* Only considered Lian Li Lancool 207 based on Gamer Nexus calling it the best case below $100. Is there a better choice?
* I might add a higher VRAM(24 GB) but cheaper GPU(intel B770? :) ) in future to this build for LLM inference. Would above motherboard case and allow adding an extra midrange GPU in the future? If not what should I change?
* Is the RAM compatabile with motherboard and CPU?
* Which one should i choose Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120(regular), SE or EVO? All are just few euros different in price.

Thanks!
1. Could you please help understand why montec air 903 instead of Lian Li Lancool 207?
2. For 6 euros cheaper I see the EVO version of Phantom Spirit 120 being available? What's the difference other than RGB? does EVO have same or better performance than SE and normal non SE version?
3. Is B850 gaming plus wifi a widely used MB or should I upgrade to tomahawk version for 60 euros more? I don't need better audio codec.

That Montech case is easier to build in, no difference between those coolers and I wouldn't worry about the audio codec unless you play first person shooters. Then the 4080 audio codec would be an advantage.
