Oh man, I thought it looked a little like Control's art style and the orange building reminded me of the church in the mock-up village, but the buildings looked WAY too tall, so I figured it was something else.

Fade To Black! The sequel to Flashback, one of my favourite games of all time, which it doesn't really live up to unfortunately. Third person shooters were pretty clunky back then, and this one made the first Tomb Raider feel modern.
