In the market for an affordable gaming laptop that isn't loud. My current ones are an Alienware Alpha (which is like Dell MFF) and an Acer Aspire E 15. The Alienware is too loud, but the Aspire is quiet as a mouse and I've loved it save for the dated GeForce 940MX now. I'm a little too invested in other things at the moment to go down the rig building route. Maybe later when I have more time and cash to blow. I've done it before but am liking mobility now too.
I've seen the Acer Nitro 5 - it seems like a sweet deal but I saw some comments that seemed to say it might be loud. Saw an article that said the MSI GF65 is quiet and Amazon has one for $1150 ish, which is probably near as much as I want to pay now.
