Question Pwnage ultra custom

I received this mouse today and really like it, however it will not connect to my pc. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps and nothing works. Has anyone who owns this mouse had a similar issue? And maybe know of a fix? Thanks!

It it's a mouse and you plug it in and it doesn't work, it's probably broken?

Yep, already contacted them. Mainly just trying to see if this is a common issue with this mouse or if I just got unlucky. Thanks for the advice though.

My suspicion is unlucky. At least let's hope.

You could try a forum that specialises in mice as well. It's very possible someone else here knows all about that mouse, but equally there are a lot of mice and only a certain number of people on any forum so this might have slipped people here by

Obviously the odd faulty one but you're more likely to post if you have a fault, so doesn't seem to mean much

Hi, I purchased the Pawnage Custom Wireless and it arrived 2 days ago. It wouldn't connect wirelessly but was working wired, eventually it started to stop working randomly when wired. I have contacted their support, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Did you have a similar issue, and did you get it all sorted?

Probably a day late and a dollar short but - I bought a white one at a local gaming shop and it has been fantastic - probably my favorite mouse (and i have a ton); but in the last week i bought a black one and i had your issue. It just will not connect to the pc with the included dongle. I returned it back to the store and brought back a new one - same issue. They both worked well connected via the USB-C, but will not work wirelessly. Just as a side note - the wireless dongle for the black ones did work with my white mouse - so the issue is definitely inside the mouse.
