PC takes long time to boot. Much longer than normal. No changes made.

What could be the cause, how to find out, what to check?

OS: Win 10 Home
mainboard: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti
RAM: G.Skill F4-2400C15-8GTZRX (16 GB)
PSU: Cooler Master Power PC ATX GX RS-550-ACAA-D3 550W 80 Plus Bronze SATA

So you didn't get this week's monthly Microsoft Update yet?

How much free space in your system drive—usually C: ?

Look in Startup tab of Task Manager, disable anything you don't need starting at boot time.
Especially disable any of the following:
Gaming Clients
Chat Applications
Adobe Programs
Cloud Storage
Apple Utilities
If you need to check ALL apps starting with boot, use MS's Autoruns.

Run a full malware scan via Windows Defender. No anti-malware will catch everything all the time, so try one of the better online scans also—eg MalwareBytes, Eset or Kaspersky.

Hopefully this will sort it out for you.

If you can't figure it out, back up your data and do a Windows reset. That generally fixes just about everything.
