Question Pc runs significantly worse after cpu upgrade

I upgraded my cpu from a ryzen 5 2600x to a intel i5 11600k, and my pc runs worse, I also switched my motherboard from a msi b350m gaming pro to a asus prime b560m-a.

How can I fix this?

Specs:
Cpu:Intel i5 11600k
Motherboard: asus prime b560m-a
Gpu: EVGA rtx 3050
Psu: evga 500w

You're advised to reinstall your OS when you change platforms, even if you were to change within the same camp(AMD or Intel).
