pc laggy with high fps

My games feels so laggy even with high fps.
My PC specs:

Gigabyte b 450m s2h v2
Ryzen 5 3600 overclocked 4.1ghz
RTX 2060
2 sticks of 8 gb ram hyperx fury 2440mhz overclocked to 2800 mhz
Corsair VS550

My cpu and gpu are running at good temperatures, cpu is running at 62 while gaming

How did you test the stability of the overclocks on your CPU and RAM?

Have you tried resetting CPU and RAM to stock settings and seeing if the issue is still present?

Does that mean that your screen is slow to update after you take an action?
What monitor do you have?
What's monitor's refresh rate?
How is monitor connected to PC?
What resolution are you running at?
