Pc gaming help/ suggestions

Thanks to you i have build my pc, but i still have other questions.

That’s my pc, and I would like to know if my fans are ok or if i need to add a extra one or even get a better one instead, I don’t want to kill my pc because of fans quality. And is the case ok? or should i get another one, tbh i would like a nice and good aesthetic pleasing one that would suit my pc.
Just in general is there anything to be changed or add in my pc?

Looking at the case specs including gpu length and cpu height everything looks fine ^^
