Question PC Configuration Check

So, this is the first PC Build of my life and I want to avoid as many mistakes as possible because of a very limited budget. After 10 full days of researching and gaining knowledge about PCs, I think I am ready build my own. So, I created a list of all the components I am going to use:

Sorry for any wrong combinations, I am new to PC Building.

Can someone please check for any bottlenecks or any wrong combinations I have made in the above configuration?
It will be a huge help for me.
About the tasks I need the PC for, I am 3D Modeler and Renderer and I need this PC for rendering high quality complex scenes in Blender. My budget is ₹1,15,000 (around $1300).

My only question i have is can you get a different case as that one might not be ideal in a hot environment such as yours. I would try to get one with a mesh front, that one is just a box with tiny intake notches on front. No better than a glass front really. This is same make, and not that much more and parts might like you more. you can choose different color if you want, its just a suggestion.

I will change the case to a mesh one and about the HDD, it is around $35 more. But, I guess 2 TB storage will be enough for me.
