Opinions on two motherboard brands?

I recently started a desktop build with a Gigabyte motherboard and the experience was unpleasant and unsuccessful. I'm going to cut my losses and buy a different brand. I'm between ASUS and ASROCK. Without going into details, I wondered if anyone had any horrendous problems with either one. I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X processor and an ASUS geforce rtx video card, PCIe 4.0. I need wifi and bluetooth. Considering the ASROCK B650E PG riptide. Although I've got years of experience with electronics and computers, I'm new at building one.

Asus have terrible customer service but I had 5 of their motherboards before and had no problems with them, so if you don't have to deal with customer service, they good. They also insist on using one piece of software to install all their drivers on PC and it thinks it owns your PC. The software is main reason I avoid buying their hardware now.

I haven't used any Asrock myself.

You could ask on here, they would have more of an idea about Asrock
