New PC Build- Any Advice?

Looking to keep the CPU and GPU the same as that's all I think I need. Based on the build will everything work nicely when building it? Are there any constrictions I should be aware of or any parts I am missing? Do any of the components have defects I should be aware of? Also, is it most efficient as can be for energy and keeping the PC cool? I want to ensure the best parts I can get around this price point to make sure I have no issues and it runs smoothly. Already have a monitor and will buy the mouse/keyboard at a separate time.

Furthermore, are there any parts I am missing that would be required to put this PC together like a bracket or something?

Could you shoehorn an 850W unit in there? Split the SSD purchase into two. One for the OS, being smaller in capacity while the larger SSD is your game library.

Which specific ones would you recommend? For the 850W unit and I am new to PC building not too sure what you mean by splitting the SSD purchase into two. Are you saying I should look into buying another 1 TB SSD to separate the OS and game library?

Monitor resolution is max 3840 x 2160 Pixels

The 4070 Ti 12GB is geared more for gaming at 1440P but loses a lot of its luster at 4K due to its 12GB of VRAM. I would look at a 4080 16GB or RX 7900 XT for gaming at 4K. That might be doable with your budget with a few slight tweaks to your build.
