Question Metro Exodus Enhanced Sprinkle textures

Having some missing textures in metro exodus enhanced, ive tried every combination of settings.. but tree leaves are appearing as giant flat sheets sometimes white sometimes sprinkle pattern, and lots of other textures in the game are just a sprinkle pattern, sometimes they consistent at every viewing angle and distance othertimes they pop in to the proper texture at a closer look

im not sure if i cant attach my hardware specs to my account on this forum its my first post, but im a lenovo legion 7 pro with amd7945hx cpu, nvidia 4080 gpu 12gb vram, 32gb memory, 2 seperate 1tb ssd's.. after implementing a fix that took me hours of research to find i got the game to run above 15fps it actually runs pretty well now at 1080p 120fps with occasional stutters but im missing a texture somewhere on my screen the majority of the time

heres the article to fix utilization problem that was causing my unplayable frame rate with ice cold hardware that wasnt trying, i imagine its specific to amd cpu's that use this style of hyperthreading but i could be wrong on that

have you tried reinstalling GPU drivers to see if that helps?

1. try booting into safe mode
2. use ddu to uninstall drivers
3. boot into windows
4. grab latest drivers from Nvidia
