Question Looking for a game I played in my childhood.

I remember a game I played when I was so little. The game started in a pyramid and the main character was trying to escape from the pyramid. At last we were able to escape in a little sapceship and we return to somewhere like a base or headquarters and had more missions to complete. It was a family friendly game as long as I remember. More like a puzzle game. It was something like The Incredibles but I dont remember clearly and searched through all The Incredibles games and couldnt find What I am looking for. Anyone know that kind of game ? It was a 3D game.
