Welcome to the forum :)

A lot depends on what you intend to use it for.

I'm not a hardware guy, but I imagine a NVMe drive would be addition, or replacement for the SSD—if replacement, then consider 2TB size at least.

Knowledgeable people will be along later.

The Samsung 990 Pro is one of the best PCIe4.0 NvME drives you can get. However I would suggest at least a 2TB model. The motherboard has support for both a 5.0 and 4.0 NvME drive so you can add to your storage in the future if needed.

if you playing games, you need more than 2tb... i would throw a 4tb ssd into mix. doesn't need to be nvme as games no faster off them than nvme.

pcie 5 nvme are too hot now. Unlikely you really notice the speed difference.
