Question Is this a good PC build?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, I'm hoping to run most games at high settings at 1440p, and around 30-100 fps. I want this PC to last around 5 years, more if I replace parts as they become outdated. Are my expectations realistic? (RTX 3060 is a placeholder, I am planning on waiting to build my PC and buying RTX 4070 when it comes out)

In that case, look into replacing

32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory

with DDR5 at that time.

Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 PE 750 W

That will probably be too weak for 40XX GPU series, and especially to

replace parts as they become outdated

There should be an expert dropping by shortly with better advice—good luck
