While i was using CPUID HWmonitor, i found that my motherboard (GALAX H310M) temperature was pretty high. the temperature sections got:
SYSTIN: 118°C ,
TMPIN5: 127°C ,
TMPIN6: 118°C ,
TMPIN8: 109°C ,
and oddly TMPIN3: 40°C .

is there something wrong with my mobo?

Those temps would be extreme - however, it's almost certainly the software reading the sensors wrong.

What does the BIOS list the temps at?

What does other software like HWinfo show those as?

Seems alright?

Could be the app tries to read temperature from sensors that are not there and pulls random digits instead - on my Asus board I also have one sensor that reports 100+ degrees all the time and it simply doesn't exist.

False readings for sure. Your mainboard would literally fry itself with those temps. Nothing to worry about IMHO.

well okay guys, thankyou for your time answering my problems! cheers.
