Can anyone help me to see my setup? maybe I can improve something with same budget
in fact I already have the Case and GPU
so any idea should be in the others

That case is a hotbox as in terrible airflow. Look for a case with a front mesh panel.

Cpu cooler as the 13400F runs cool and this is a five pipe cooler.
