I have a question about this benchmark

here's the benchmark

RYZEN 9 3900 with RTX 4070 super

cyberpunk (1440P HIGH PRESET NO DLSS OR frame generations) it gives me 51 to 53 fps

shadow of the TR (1440P MAX SETTINGS) 126 to 128 avg fps

and now... (after upgrading my CPU)

RYZEN 9 5900 with RTX 4070 super

cyberpunk (1440P HIGH PRESET NO DLSS OR frame generations), it only gave me 55 to 57 fps increased

shadow of the TR (1440P MAX SETTINGS) actually gave a decent 218 to 225 fps increased

In this case, it just shows that in Cyberpunk, CPU performance differences weren't a significant factor. With the other game, it was.

thank you, so that pretty much means, my GPU is already running at 100% and every juice has already been squeeze?

Probably, but no way to tell that for sure from what you've posted. Go back to Cyberpunk and take some heat off the GPU by reducing a GPU-centric setting (like shadows) to low and see if you get higher FPS. If so, the "problem" has now moved to your GPU.

As long as you have enough RAM, you will basically always have either a CPU or GPU bottleneck.
