how do i get better in rocket league

I am having trouble getting skill in Rocket League can you help me

I suggest playing the skill challenges and 1 v 1 vs bots to quickly get your skills up. If you are constantly playing with people better than yourself, you are never going to learn how to dribble, position yourself and shoot/pass, etc. because they'll always have the ball.
