Horizon Zero Dawn ... New Game + question

Anyone who has completed this game will know what new game + does.

Yesterday i completed the game so i chose new game+ option so that i could start again with my gear from the completed game and i did a few quests to make sure it worked i also did a few new saves. . Today i launched the game and it will not let me use the new game + option. I have know idea what to do about this , i have verified all the folder data and i have all my old and new saves in a folder in " my documents "

You dont need to cheat on this game , if 1 enemy is too hard to beat just lower the difficulty setting
