Hey everyone, i'm on a tight budget but i want to build a powerful pc which can atleast help me in gaming and video editing for atleast 3-4 years, so far this is the configuration i have in my mind--

CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K 3 GHz 24-Core Processor ($339.00 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 56.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($90.08 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard ($159.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory ($107.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($117.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI VENTUS 3X OC GeForce RTX 4080 16 GB Video Card ($999.95 @ Amazon)
Case: Lian Li O11 Vision ATX Mid Tower Case ($118.94 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair RM850e (2023) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($118.99 @ Best Buy)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Home OEM - DVD 64-bit ($109.99 @ Newegg)

Total: $2162.92

Can anyone suggest me is it correct or not? or is there anything i need to change? and without compromising the quality is there anyway i can reduce the total cost?

Without knowing your monitor resolution it's difficult to make any recommendations in regards to your gpu. That B760 board won't handle that unlocked i9. You will suffer thermal throttling once that cpu boost due to VRM's. You want a Z790 board for that cpu with no less than a 16 power phase design. The G.Skill Neo series RAM is geared towards AM5 (AMD EXPO) as where the Ripjaws series are geared towards Intel (Intel XMP 3.0). As far as the gpu, you want the 4080 Super, not the 4080 (non Super). I don't know much about those fish tank cases such as the 011 other than they usually require 3x120mm fans in order to create more air pressure due to poor airflow. If you want cool temps you can't beat a conventional case with a mesh front panel where the front intake fans blow air on your components. You mention wanting to bring down the total cost so assuming your resolution is 1440P then this is how I'd run that build. Mind you that you can pick up a excellent 27" 180hz 1440 IPS gaming monitor these days for $200 so keep that in mind.

Hey, thank you so much for the suggestion, that helped a lot. Yes you guessed it correct, I'm going to do gaming in 1440P.

Just a quick question, How to konw if my motherboard is compatible with CPU or GPU? I'm sorry but I'm a newbie in building PC
