This is pretty much my first build (I've been using laptops before). I'll be using it for game development and gaming in general, unreal engine, blender, z brush, fl studio etc. Any advice, comment, and opinion is appreciated.

This specification is very good mate. I can't imagine having a PC with these specs, and I hope one day I have one

Alright, if you may OP, could you elaborate on the etc part in your 2nd sentence? It's best if we were informed of all the apps/titles you're going to tax your system with. That way we know full well what the system is going to be thrown into and that your investment is worthwhile.

Considering that I prefer to have more room to work with in my habitable space, I tend to build matx or mitx system's. Do you want to work with an atx form factor? I think I can shrink the size of the build a little, without sacrificing on performance.

Last thing, please include your absolute budget for the build and your location. U.S.A? We can move forward from there!
