Someone here might be able to give you an answer, but you might be better off seeing if there is a forum specifically for your Saturn emulator. Seems like they would have some kind of community.

Yeah, I looked up that emulator, and it seems like there hasn't been much activity in the forum for a while. Reddit is probably a better bet.

Just improve sega saturn emulator compatiblity with xbox360 controller and other controlller that may have issue, and add xinput in the control settings. Retroarch might of solve the button compatibility issue, hope the emulator solve this issue.
