Question GTA5 no mods

Hi guys, I have been playing GTA 5 on steam for a while now and wanted to add the mods for Ram GTX and when I went through workshop it didn't select GTA5.
Is this not the full version or am I doing something wrong ?

I've never played GTA 5 so can help you with that I'm afraid. Hopefully someone else will have a suggestion.
