Question Games = Screen glitch + auto-reboot

just bought a new pc, but every time i try to run games. the computer screen start glitching and pc restart automatically.

spec
galax rtx 3060 12gb
ryzen 5 5600x
motherboard galax b550m
16gb of ram, 3200MHz

monitor 1440p, 144Hz
