Games like old Zelda (overworld with unique dungeons)

Hi,

new here.

I am currently playing Death's Door on Steam and while I am loving it, it isn't entirely what I thought it would be.

I am looking for modern takes on old style Zelda games, think A Link to the Past, where you have a large overworld but with set predesigned dungeons to explore each offering their own unique challenges and puzzles.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,

Pre-designed dungeons are far more common than procedural ones. Daggerfall, an Elder Scrolls game from ages ago, has procedural dungeons. Other than that, I expect every open world game is going to fit your description. Skyrim, Batman: Arkham City, Witcher 3, Final Fantasy games, Divinity 2... there's a huge list!

How much puzzling are you wanting?
